Where We Stand and Where We Stumble
Distinguishing real breakthroughs from hype and identifying where AI can genuinely support wellbeing.
The AI & the Future of Wellbeing Virtual Summit has concluded. Across five days, IPPA brought together researchers, practitioners, educators, coaches, clinicians, and organizational leaders to explore how AI is reshaping the science and practice of wellbeing.
We are grateful to the 750 participants, 40+ speakers, sponsors, partners, exhibitors, and volunteers who helped make this summit possible.

AI is already changing how people pursue happiness, resilience, mental health, learning, performance, and human development.
This summit created space for the positive psychology community to examine both the promise and the risks of this transformation: what AI can make possible, where it may undermine wellbeing, and what ethical and professional competencies are now needed.
The International Positive Psychology Association will continue advancing this conversation across research, practice, education, coaching, and organizational life.
