Five Days. One Journey. Your Future

This five-day experience is designed to move you from optimism about what’s possible through critical awareness about what can get in the way, to agency on the path forward. We will be exploring both the extraordinary possibilities and profound risks AI presents to the future of wellbeing.

Through interactive sessions, expert dialogues, and hands-on skill-building, you'll gain the insight and competence to ensure technology serves, not replaces, the deep, human-centered work of positive psychology.

Program Overview

Pre-Summit Interactions: An AI Orientation

In the week before we begin, you'll receive learning bites to build your AI baseline. For those who need a 101, we'll demystify the technology, provide simple mental models, and spark curiosity about how it connects to wellbeing. By the beginning of the Summit, you'll have a common vocabulary and awareness of where AI already touches your work, plus an initial sense of both its potential and pitfalls.

Day 1: Where We Stand and Where We Stumble

Distinguish genuine breakthroughs from marketing claims. Identify immediate opportunities alongside emerging risks. Understand what AI can do for wellbeing — and what it can't.

Day 2: The Personalized Mind

Explore AI's capabilities in precision diagnostics and hyper-personalized interventions. Discover how AI-driven insights can deepen — not replace — therapeutic and coaching relationships.

Day 3: Unexpected Side Effects

Learn what few practitioners are prepared for: AI-induced phenomena, cognitive offloading, and how constant AI interaction affects capacities we're trying to strengthen. Practical prevention strategies included.

Day 4: Ethical Labyrinths

Navigate algorithmic bias, privacy concerns, and the balance between efficiency and empathy. Learn how ethical AI implementation actually enhances human connection and trust.

Day 5: AI Competencies

Build competencies that define thriving professionals: AI literacy, human-AI collaboration skills, and ethical discernment — while strengthening empathy, creativity, and moral imagination.

What You'll Take Away

Learn

Explore practical AI tools and skills directly applicable to your work, from prompt engineering to AI-driven systematic reviews to custom intervention builders.

Connect

Engage with leading experts, including Martin Seligman, Llewellyn van Zyl, and more than 40 pioneers at the frontier of AI and wellbeing.

Belong

Join a global community of positive psychology practitioners and researchers navigating this transformation together, building relationships that extend far beyond five days.

By the Summit's End, You'll Have

  • Clarity on what's real, what's hype, and what's risky in AI wellbeing tools.
  • Practical skills with cutting-edge AI applications for your practice.
